Do I have to order online?

Yes, as this is the safest and most secure method of paying.

Is it safe to order online?

Yes. We are a member of "Verified by Visa" and "Secure by Mastercard", providing additional security when using your payment cards online.

We use industry-standard encryption systems for potentially sensitive information such as your name, address and other critically sensitive information like your credit / debit card details. Information passed between your computer and our Web site cannot be read in the event someone else intercepts it.

How do I know that you have received my order?

After you hit the Submit button you will receive a message confirming the Order ID. You will also receive an email as confirmation that the order has been placed. Please allow up to 30 minutes for this email to arrive. A second email will be sent once your order has been completed by our warehouse.

Can I make changes to my order?

Unfortunately, once you've submitted your order it is not possible to amend any details of the order. You have right to cancel your order in 24 hours. It's time after which we will start realize your order. After that time cancelling the order is not possible

Can I track my order?

We are sending Our product by Post. We will send you the message that will inform you that the item has been sent. If you wish to teeth consignment was sent by registered mail then you can check where your package according to the rules of post.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once you’ve submitted your order it is not possible to cancel it. If you change your mind please refer to our Returns Policy for information on ‘How to Return’.

Artwork Guidelines for supplying your own files...

Please note these guidelines are only applicable if you are supplying your own print file. If you are using our online design editor with templates they do not apply as all files are automatically produced. If you require any assistance for suppling your own files don't hesitate to contact us. Files supplied in RGB/Microsoft Programs will not guarantee colour matching. This is due to the nature of colour conversion, however we aim to match them as close as possible. Please remember that desktop inkjet printers that are present in the home are not accurate at producing colours when compared to commercial printers. The reason for this is home printers are set to saturate colours by default. If you feel this is of concern please contact us.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery in Ireland it costs 5 euros. While outside ireland 8 euros. We talking about shipments to the weight of one pound. If you submit no more than half a kilo price may change marginally

What time will my delivery arrive?

Requirements will be packed and shipped after 24 hours. Whither all the payment and paperwork will be completed and approved. This time we need for the execution of the order and give you a chance to cancel your order if you change the decision. The end of that time the shipment should reach within 5 working days. For any delays caused by reasons of post or weather conditions 'My World Chocolate' is not liable. If the delay is due to the unavailability of the product or any other reason from our side we promise to contact you immediately.

Can you deliver to a different address than my billing address?

Yes. This can be a work address or another residential address. If you are selecting a work address please ensure you always put the name of the Company or Organisation in the address field, as well as the contact name to ensure it is successfully delivered. Always make sure that the address to which we deliver the consignment is correct. For any discrepancies or errors in the address given by your company is not liable

What if I am not in when my parcel is delivered?

The delivery company may leave the parcel with a neighbour, or if there is a safe,secure location at the property they may leave the parcel there. The delivery company will leave a card saying that they have attempted to deliver the parcel, and provide you with details on where the parcel has been delivered to, how to contact them to re-arrange a delivery time or to advise where you can pick your parcel up from.

For the Saturday Delivery service the redelivery options will be Monday-Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm.


Can I return my order?

We regret but the company does not consider the returns and complaint. Because both- packaging and chocolate is produced only at your request, and not taken from magazines. That is why we guarantee freshness and quality of our products. However, if you have any complaints, you can always contact us customerservice@myworldchocolate.com


How can I pay for my order?

We accept the following payment cards: Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Solo, Maestro, American Express and Electron. We also accept PayPal payments.

Credit Cards

When will I be charged?

When you reach the final billing page and submit your order we will immediately contact your bank or card issuer for authorisation to take payment from your account. If there is a query with the payment either your card issuer or Customer Services will contact you.

Why am I being asked for another password after entering my card details?

This is the 3D Secure Payment option that some banks use. 3D Secure is an added layer of security for credit and debit card purchases online. If you have any problems or forget any information please contact your bank in the first instance.
